![]() Job Seeker ServicesResource Room Self-help open access to all job seekers including those who are youth, adult, employed, unemployed, students, etc., Free Job Search Resources including: Computers with word processing, Internet, Fax Services, Resume Copying, Print Materials, Job Boards Free Workshops - Referral to community resources and/or employment planning services for qualified candidates Employment Planning Services** One to one assistance for job seekers, including development of personal employment search action plan; Advice/ guidance on job search methods, resumes, interviews, letters, etc.; Personalized Resume Development; Access to specific career related and computer workshops; Referral to Job Development Placement Services for qualified candidates Job Development Placement Support** Access to one on one placement services and training subsidies for those job seekers who require assistance; Individualized job placement services based on your goals and objectives Summer Jobs Services Available to returning students; resource room services as above and access to wage subsidy program and job postings for students. ***Must meet eligibility criteria Employer ServicesResource Room Free Job Postings Services on our internal job boards and web sites (confidential if desired); Resume Collection and Sorting based on identified criteria; Planning and conducting job fairs on behalf of employers; Referral to employment wage subsidy and employment training programs and services Employment Planning Services Job Posting Services as above as well as referral and screening of qualified appropriate job seekers; we will contact interested job seekers to advise of openings; Advice/guidance on human/resource planning; Job Development Placement Support Training plan development and access to training subsidies based on your business needs and training requirements; access to appropriate candidates with the skills to do the job you need done; monitoring and follow up on all placements. Must be registered business operating in Ontario, must have third party libility insurance, must not be in a lay off position, and must have WSIB or equivalent workplace insurance to be eligible for training subsidy. Summer Jobs Services $2.00 per hour wage subsidy for employers who hire eligible students; and/or job posting services as above as well as referral of appropriate students |
