Introduction to Microsoft Word This workshop is designed to introduce the participant to the basic operations and functions of Microsoft Word 2007.

Introduction to Microsoft Excel This workshop is designed to introduce the participant to the basic operations and functions of Microsoft Excel 2007.

Resume Writing This workshop focuses on the purpose of writing a resume, resume styles and techniques and suggestions to update and improve your resume.

Interview Jitters Find out what to expect and how to succeed in an interview. Topics include: interview etiquette, possible questions & follow-up.

Mock Interviews Take part in a one-on-one mock interview with one of our staff members. Let us know what type of position you would like to interview for and we will custom tailor an interview for you. Receive written feedback on your responses and overall performance.

Smart Serve Smart Serve is a responsible alcohol beverage service training program developed by Smart Serve Ontario. The program is designed to promote responsible alcohol beverage service.

Personality Dimensions A workshop built around self-esteem that helps you discover more about yourself and others as well as potential career options.

Health and Safety This is a workshop developed by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) in Ontario, to provide workers 24 years old and younger with important health and safety information. This is a certificate course that demonstrates to employers that you have a basic level of health and safety knowledge.
